The Origin Story
The idea for Synapse Flow AI started with a frustrating pattern we kept seeing across SaaS companies: teams with great products, strong acquisition, and terrible trial conversion. Not for lack of effort — but because the tools available weren't built for the problem.
Marketing automation platforms were built for campaigns, not journeys. They didn't understand product behavior, and they locked teams into their own email infrastructure. AI writing tools generated generic content with no product context. Analytics tools showed the drop-off but offered no action.
So we built the tool we wished existed: a single, AI-native platform that connects product events, orchestrates personalized journeys, generates individual messages, and delivers through infrastructure you already own. No compromise between speed and control.
