Branch Trigger Types

Each condition node in your Synapse Graph can fork the journey based on any signal your product emits:

• Event-based — user triggered or did not trigger a specific product action
• Property-based — plan type, company size, job role, or any custom attribute
• Score-based — the user's live Aha! Detection conversion score crosses a threshold
• Temporal — inactivity detected after a configurable window

Multi-way branches let a single node split into three, four, or more paths simultaneously. Compound conditions combine multiple signals with AND/OR logic — so you can express patterns like "visited pricing page AND has not invited a teammate AND signed up more than 3 days ago."

A/B Testing With Automatic Optimization

Attach two or more message variants to an A/B split node. The system monitors downstream conversion events continuously. Once statistical significance is reached at your configured confidence threshold (default: 95%), the graph dynamically routes 100% of new traffic to the winning variant — no manual intervention required.
